pork chops

i grilled pork chops yesterday for my mom’s family who stayed for the weekend for katie’s wedding. these are about 3/4 in. think and marinated for two hours in a white wine and thyme marinade. we grilled two batches of these and they were marvelous. the recipe for the marinade come from weber’s real grilling by jamie perviance, easily the best grill book ever! if you are interested in the grill book, check both bn.com and the stores. they often have this book in bargain for $7.98!
